- Voucher must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
- Redemption is strictly by appointment and limited to weekdays between 11am – 5pm (subject to availability).
- Voucher is non-transferable and strictly for use by the original purchaser only.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other services.
- All sales are final and vouchers are non-refundable.
- Each voucher is valid for a one-time treatment only and must be fully redeemed in one visit.
- One-time rescheduling is allowed and has to be made more than 24 hours’ notice.
- Failure to show up or provide a 24-hour’ notice for rescheduling may result in the voucher being forfeited.
- No cancellations allowed unless more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
- Otherwise, voucher will be forfeited. A 10-minute grace period applies.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the voucher forfeited.
- Please arrive on time to avoid delays or inconvenience.
- The company reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in the event of any dispute.
