Terms of Sale
By purchasing a facial treatment package (“Package”) from our website, you agree to the following terms: Payment is processed through our secure gateway, and by completing your purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Once purchased, you may schedule your treatments based on availability. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, an additional $50 rescheduling fee will apply. The Package is valid for 12 months from the purchase date, after which unused treatments will be forfeited. All sales are final, and the Package is non-refundable, but treatments may be transferred to another person with prior notification. Nap & Glow Pte Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or health conditions arising from services, and any medical conditions or allergies should be disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and they are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Therapist Requests & Availability
Packages do not guarantee the availability of a specific beauty therapist. Any requests for a particular therapist to conduct treatments will be subject to the therapist’s availability.
Cancellation, Late & No-Show
To provide the best service to all our customers, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur an additional $50 rescheduling fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (a “No-Show”), the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged, and no rescheduling will be allowed unless the fee is paid. In the event that the guest is late for the treatment appointment, the treatment time will be shortened. We advise customers to arrive 10 minutes in advance. All packages and services will have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the receipt. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process for all clients.
Return & Refund
All purchases of facial treatment packages are final and non-refundable. Once the package is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you are unable to use the treatments within the validity period, we may allow a transfer of the package to another person upon prior notification. If there is a dispute or issue with a specific treatment, please contact us directly, and we will address the concern on a case-by-case basis. Please note that services rendered, including facial treatments, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
