Once products leave the care of Nap & Glow, no exchanges or refunds will be issued. This applies to both online and in-clinic purchases. Products are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.

This package validity will last for 12 months from date of purchase. Upon 1st session you must complete all 3 sessions within 6 months. All goods and services sold are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable. If you feel like you are not suitable for the treatments, you may transfer the remaining sessions to someone else.
