- Credits must be redeemed within 2 months or 60 Days from the date of purchase.
- No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
- Redemption is strictly by appointment and limited to Facial Treatments Only.
- Credit is non-transferable and strictly for use by the original purchaser only.
- This credit cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other services.
- All sales are final and credits are non-refundable.
- One-time rescheduling is allowed and has to be made more than 24 hours’ notice.
- Failure to show up or provide a 24-hour’ notice for rescheduling may result in the voucher being forfeited.
- No cancellations allowed unless more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
- Otherwise, the appointment will be forfeited. A 10-minute grace period applies.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking credit is forfeited.
- Please arrive on time to avoid delays or inconvenience.
