• Credits must be redeemed within 2 months or 60 Days from the date of purchase.
• No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
• Redemption is strictly by appointment and limited to Facial Treatments Only.
• Credit is non-transferable and strictly for use by the original purchaser only.
• This credit cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other services.
• All sales are final and credits are non-refundable.
• One-time rescheduling is allowed and has to be made more than 24 hours’ notice.
• Failure to show up or provide a 24-hour’ notice for rescheduling may result in the voucher being forfeited.
• No cancellations allowed unless more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
• Otherwise, the appointment will be forfeited. A 10-minute grace period applies.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking credit is forfeited.
• Please arrive on time to avoid delays or inconvenience.
• The company reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in the event of any dispute.
